Auction Rules and Policies

  1. All hoods and doors are to remain closed until 8:25.  At this time you will be allowed to check under the hoods and look inside the vehicles.
  2. Once the auction begins all hoods and doors are to remain closed except for the car presently being auctioned.
  3. For safety purposes no keys will be handed out until after the last car is sold. The auction normally ends around 12:00.
  4. Vehicles are sold as is where is. No guarantees are made or implied.
  5. There is no buyer’s premium. What you bid is what you pay.
  6. Buyers have until the following Wednesday afternoon to remove vehicles from lot. Gates will be open day of auction until 5:00. On Sunday gates will be open from 10:00 to 5:00. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the gates will be open from 9:00 until 5:00. Any cars left past Wednesday will be subject to a $10.00 per day storage fee.
  7. After the auction the lot will be left unattended. Cars are left on premises at buyer’s own risk.
  8. If payment is made by check it must clear our check reader.  We do not hold checks, no exceptions.
  9. Keep all paperwork in your folder. You will need all of it in order to transfer title or get tag.
